**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
- **UX Design**: Develop user journeys, information architecture, and interaction design to optimize usability and enhance user satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.
- **Usability Testing**: Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience.
- **Accessibility**: Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and principles to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, UX/UI Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and deliverables.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and interaction design.
- Experience with user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with motion design and animation.
- Certification in UX/UI Design or related field.
