**Location**:Noida (Work from Office)

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Experience Required**:
2+ Years in UI/UX Design with exposure to digital platforms and BTL campaign visuals

**Salary Range**:
Rs. 4 - 6 LPA (Depending on skills, creativity, and platform experience)

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who understands how users think — online and on-ground. You’ll work on a range of projects that span across digital platforms (landing pages, microsites, interfaces) and support on-ground BTL activations with immersive visual designs. This is a strategic design role that blends storytelling, conversion thinking, and spatial awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Skilled in ideation, translating concepts into user-centered design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and visual storytelling.

- Design user-friendly, responsive interfaces for websites, landing pages, microsites, and digital dashboards.

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design creatives aligned with campaign goals.

- Translate BTL concepts into clear, intuitive visual content — LED screen layouts, kiosk UIs, standee graphics, digital signage, and more.

- Attend client meetings to understand their requirements and contribute ideas that merge design with engagement.

- Develop wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and final production-ready assets.

- Build and manage design systems and reusable UI components.

- Stay current with trends in UX, motion design, digital tech, and event-based interfaces.

**Required Tools & Skills**:
- Figma, Sketch (must-have)

- Adobe XD, Illustrator & Photoshop, CorelDraw

- Webflow or similar no-code platforms (preferred)

- After Effects / Lottie (for motion/animated UI elements)

- Basic HTML/CSS understanding (bonus)

- Strong layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and interaction design skills.

**-**Experience in user research, A/B testing, and a strong portfolio of responsive, mobile-first designs.

**What You Need to Succeed**:
- A sharp visual mind with a strong grasp of both screen-based and spatial design

- Ability to think beyond screens — how users interact at events, activations, kiosks, and live campaigns

- Strong communication skills for client meetings and internal collaboration

- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently on projects

**Education**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field (Mass Comm/Design/Advertising backgrounds also welcomed)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
