**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to design and implement intuitive, user-centered interfaces.
- Conduct user research, create personas, and define interaction models.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that illustrate design ideas clearly and effectively.
- Design high-fidelity visuals and ensure consistency in design language across all platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design functionality.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with a portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
- Strong knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, Balsamiq).
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and design thinking.
- Ability to design for responsive and mobile-first experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and familiarity with front-end development.
- Knowledge of prototyping tools and experience in user testing.
