**About the role**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** with **1 - 2 year of experience** to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, enhancing user experiences, and collaborating with developers, product managers, and others to bring ideas.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **user research**, gather and analyze feedback, and iterate designs based on user behavior and usability insights.
- Collaborate closely with **developers** to ensure accurate and seamless implementation of UI designs.
- Build and maintain **design systems**, reusable **UI components**, and interactive elements to ensure consistency across products.
- Optimize designs for **accessibility**, **usability**, and **responsive performance** across various devices and screen sizes.
- Stay current with the latest **UI/UX trends**, tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the user experience.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Design (UI UX, Graphic design, Interaction design, or related).
- **Proficiency in Figma** is preferred; familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Canva is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of **UX principles**, **human-centered design**, and **usability testing**.
- Hands-on experience in creating **wireframes, interactive prototypes**, and **high-fidelity UI designs**.
- Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** is a plus.
- Strong **communication and collaboration skills** to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A well-curated **portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects** is required.
