**Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating mockups, visual design, prototyping, front-end development, and user experience design (UED).**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
- Design user interfaces that are both user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intended.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a related field.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for creating user-centered products.
- Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping skills.
- User Experience Design (UED) skills
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field is preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design experience

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
