**Description**:
Looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (**UX**) and user interface (**UI**) design of our various digital assets.

Also ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and **exceptional visual design**.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement new designs.
- Optimize existing user interface designs.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
- Always strive to deliver intuitive and user-friendly solutions. Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
- Test new ideas before implementing them.
- Conduct ongoing user research as per client/user requirements.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options.
- Detail-oriented & critical thinking ability.
- Problem-solving and client-centric approach.
- Knowledge of responsive UI designs.
- Good knowledge of Canva, Figma, Adobe XD and InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and process flows.
