Job Responsibilities:

- **Invoice Generation and Maintenance**:

- Prepare and issue sales invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and client agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments received.
- Verify invoice data for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and send invoices to clients.
- **Purchase Management**:

- Record and track purchase transactions, including purchase orders and invoices.
- Verify purchase data against vendor invoices.
- Ensure all purchase transactions are properly coded and approved according to company policies.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales invoices and purchase transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and reporting.
- Generate MIS and reports for all activities, including control and exception reports.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond to inquiries from clients regarding invoice status and payment terms.
- Handle customer service requests related to invoices and payments.
- **Collaboration and Reconciliation**:

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and assist in audits.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Accounting Knowledge**: Basic understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits, sales taxes, and invoice processing. TALLY ERP
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to accurately verify and record financial data.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using accounting software and other relevant software.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to maintain accurate records and manage high volumes of invoices.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in invoice processing, accounts receivable, or accounts payable is a plus.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹242,000.00 per year
