Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Invoice Executive located in Mumbai. The Invoice Executive will be responsible for managing invoicing processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing, maintaining records of invoices and support documents, handling invoice queries, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. The role requires attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling financial documents.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing invoicing processes and ensuring accurate billing
  • Proficiency in maintaining records of invoices and support documents
  • Strong ability to handle invoice queries and coordinate with clients and internal teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in handling financial documents
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience as an Invoice Executive or in a similar role is advantageous
