Role- MIS & Data Analytics Manager - CMS Support

CMS Support function provides product expertise to the various segments of Kotak Bank, spanning Consumer Bank and Commercial Bank. Products range include cash management payment & collections solutions, escrow services & dividend business.

We are currently looking for an executive for MIS & Data Analytics in Product Support Team who can support sales team & business requirement for Data Analysis.

The role would involve gathering, interpreting and using complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results.

Product Support Team is expected to help internal as well as external customers in understanding, structuring & execution of Cash Management Services. This team will be supporting all the verticals under Consumer & Commercial Bank which includes Branch Banking, Privy, Wealth, TASC, Agri, WCG, ECG etc.
- Scrutinizing information using Data Analysis tools - Gathering, filtering of Data for Business analysis so as to give inputs on process improvement & enhancing sales.
- Supporting all verticals under Consumer & Commercial Bank in dealing with regular data requirement.
- Interact with channels in consumer and commercial segments. Spot CMS opportunities in the existing base & NTB market opportunities.
- Ensure desired penetration of the product into the market by the Relationship Team by providing marketing support, visibility campaigns and brand presence.
- Help sales team to cross sell and monitor the same in a timely manner.
- Keeping track of each channel for achievement towards planned numbers.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel.
- Managing and monitoring present systems used for sales lead entries and suggest developments if any.
- Tracking Fees and income. Maintaining related MIS & reports.
- Liaise with product, IT and operations team to ensure proper execution of data, system integration and smooth operations.
- Publishing Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS/Dashboards.

- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills & Communication.
- Experience in Banking / Finance industry.
- Experience of Data handling & analysis in similar domain.
- Knowledge of various programming languages like Python, R, etc

In-depth Understanding of Data Analysis: SQL, Power BI, etc
