**Role Overview**

As the Sales and Marketing Head, your primary goal will be to develop and execute strategies that promote enrollment, enhance stakeholder satisfaction, and solidify RK International School as a leader in the education domain.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Strategic Planning: Design and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies aligned with institutional objectives.

2. Sales Management: Lead enrollment initiatives, build key partnerships, and achieve admission targets.

3. Marketing Campaigns: Drive brand awareness through impactful online and offline campaigns.

4. Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of marketing executives and admissions professionals.

5. Relationship Building: Establish strong connections with parents, alumni, and community organizations.

6. Budget Management: Ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
