
Sales and Marketing Administrator

**Role Objective**:
To develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to promote the institution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Planning**:
- Develop and implement the annual sales and marketing strategy aligned with institutional goals.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and parent/student needs.
- Identify new growth opportunities in untapped markets or regions.
**2. Sales Management**:
- Drive enrollment growth through targeted campaigns and outreach.
- Establish relationships with schools, coaching centers, and local communities for lead generation.
- Track, analyze, and improve the admissions pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with and find the potential admission teams to streamline the enrollment process.
**3. Marketing Campaigns**:
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns (digital marketing, brochures, fairs, etc.).
- Organize events, seminars, and open houses to attract prospective students and parents.
- Monitor ROI on marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
**4. Relationship Building**:
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, NGOs, and community organizations.
- Represent the institution at education fairs, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Develop strong connections with existing parents for 100% retention and good amount of regular referrals from them.
**5. Team Leadership and Development**:
- Lead and manage a team of marketing and admissions executives.
- Conduct regular trainings and team meetings to assess progress and address challenges.
**6. Budget Management**:
- Prepare and manage the marketing and sales budget efficiently.
- Ensure cost-effective strategies while maintaining quality with qualified sales projections.
**7. Reporting and Analytics**:
- Provide regular daily reports to senior management on sales trends, campaign performance, and ROI.
**8. Compliance and Branding**:
- Ensure all promotional materials comply with the institution's branding guidelines.
- Adhere to local regulations and ethical standards in marketing practices.
**Skills and Qualifications Required**:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of market trends and consumer behaviour in the education field.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Enrollment growth rate.
- Lead-to-admission conversion ratio.
- ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Stakeholder’s delightedness scores.
