**Key Responsibilities**:
- Works independently to perform advanced, diversified, and complex secretarial duties.
- Prepares, composes, and initiates correspondence, presentation materials and periodic reports.
- Handles confidential and critical documents for signature/ authorization.
- Organizes and prioritizes workload to meet multiple deadlines.
- Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, coordinates related arrangements.
- Manage travel itinerary and related Visa/reservations requirements. Expense reporting and tracking regularly.
- Arranges meetings and conferences
- prepares and distributes minutes of meetings,
organizing the conferences in alignment with sales and marketing, support the preparation
- invitation, material.
- Handles the data and relevant analysis
- Support Sales and marketing team with CRM project management and reports

**You Bring**
- About 5 years of related administrative experience supporting a senior executive; total working experience 5-8 years.
- Graduate / post-graduate qualification; additional Diploma on Secretarial skills will be an advantage.
- Strong Communicator with problem solving, analytical thinking, business acumen
- Ability to manage stakeholders, exhibits a high level of interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Proficiency in using office software like excel and power point.
