**Responsibilities**:

- **Contract Drafting & Review**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including EPC contracts, service agreements, subcontracts, and NDAs.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and protect the company’s legal and commercial interests.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure the company complies with applicable laws, regulations, and standards in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Monitor and advise on changes in local and international legal and regulatory frameworks.
- **Dispute Resolution**:

- Handle disputes, claims, and litigations, including coordinating with external legal counsel.
- Represent the company in arbitration or court proceedings, if required.
- **Corporate Governance**:

- Support the company in maintaining proper corporate governance standards.
- Assist in drafting board resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Conduct risk assessments for contracts and agreements.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between the legal department, project teams, and external stakeholders.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams on various legal matters.
- **Intellectual Property (IP)**:

- Manage and protect the company’s intellectual property rights, including patents and trademarks.
- Handle confidentiality agreements and trade secret issues.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain legal documentation and records in an organized manner.
- Prepare periodic reports for management on legal risks, disputes, and compliance status.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks in the Oil & Gas/EPC sector.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and other standard forms of contracts in the EPC industry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, or EPC industries.
- Knowledge of environmental, safety, and international trade regulations is an advantage.
- Certification in contract management or arbitration is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
