Are you a seasoned legal professional seeking an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join us as a Legal Associate. If you have a passion for law and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect fit for you.

**Requirements**:

- LL.B. degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the legal field.
- Profound understanding of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, along with comprehensive knowledge of other relevant civil and corporate laws such as IBC, RDDBFI Act, and MCS Act.
- Up-to-date knowledge of judgments issued by the Honorable High Court and Supreme Court.
- Registration on the Original Side of the High Court of Mumbai is mandatory.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Independently handle the drafting of Arbitral proceedings and oversee Arbitration processes.
- Stay abreast of legal developments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Salary**: ₹9,500.20 - ₹34,146.44 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Arguments: 3 years (preferred)
- DRT: 3 years (preferred)
- NPA Resolution: 3 years (preferred)
- NCLT: 3 years (preferred)
