JD : Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various real estate contracts like lease agreements, purchase agreements, and service contracts.

Conducting legal reviews of land titles, zoning laws, and encumbrances to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with property acquisitions.

Ensuring all real estate projects comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) in India.

Conducting research on real estate laws, regulations, and case law to provide legal opinions and advice.

Maintaining and organizing legal documents related to real estate transactions and projects.

Providing legal advice to clients and other stakeholders on various real estate matters.

Participating in negotiations related to real estate transactions

Assisting in the resolution of real estate disputes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
