**Job Title**: Legal Associate

**Experience**: 3+ Years (experience in corporate or international law)

**Education**: LLB

**Location**: Nariman Point, Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and support on corporate and international law matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Assist in negotiations and dispute resolution.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
- Handle any other legal matters as assigned by the legal team.

**Requirements**:

- LLB degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate or international law.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and regulations.
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Salary**: ₹897,796.02 - ₹1,459,782.80 per year
