**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with new clients to understand their requirements, needs and promoting company as a brand.
- Follow up with potential clients on regular intervals.
- Prepare proposals and contracts
- Develop marketing campaigns /Ads strategy.
- Work with the team and maintain work harmony
- Supervise the work of the marketing executive
- Deliver monthly targets and planning for annual budget.
- Create and manage social media campaigns
- Execute Ads on different social media platforms to increase awareness, engagement and conversions.
- Follow up on websites updates and look at data analytics.
- Research and prepare requested presentations.
- Operate with the highest standards and personal integrity at all times
- Prepare reports and submit them as per requirements.
- Perform other duties as designated by the reporting manager.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency of English and Hindi preferred.
- Ability to work independently, organized, pro-active, detailed oriented, flexible.
- High level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Good teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good networking ability, commercial awareness, and writing skills
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position
- Salary: Good Salary

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing-Pharmaceuticals (API): 1 year (preferred)
