**Key Responsibilities**
- Design visually engaging static creatives for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns
- Develop animated content including reels, GIFs, and short motion graphics
- Edit short-form videos and branded video content for digital platforms
- Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and senior designers to execute creative briefs
- Assist in visual planning and execution during basic video shoots (if required)
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all design and video outputs
- Stay updated with digital and social media content trends and creative best practices

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative or digital marketing environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Good sense of typography, color, composition, and motion
- Experience in editing reels, promotional videos, and animated content for social media
- Ability to meet deadlines, follow creative direction, and work independently or in a team

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or Blender
- Excellent understanding of video shoot processes and camera setups
- Exposure to sound design, color correction, or 3D animation
