**Job Title**: Junior & Senior Graphic Designer **Experience Required**:

- **Junior Designer**: Minimum 1 year
- **Senior Designer**: Minimum 5 years

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)**:
**Junior Graphic Designer**:

- Create visual assets for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
- Design posters, banners, brochures, infographics, and presentation decks.
- Assist in branding efforts by designing logos, business cards, and brand identity elements.
- Revise and adapt existing creatives based on team feedback and campaign needs.
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and resources.
- Assist with basic animation or motion graphics as required.
- Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, and marketing team for concept execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of designs while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Stay updated with current design trends, platform-specific design requirements, and software updates.

**Senior Graphic Designer**:

- Lead the creation of design concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, and corporate communications.
- Develop high-quality visuals for both digital and print platforms.
- Design video content, animated graphics, and dynamic presentations.
- Create motion graphics for social media reels, promotional videos, and other digital formats.
- Translate marketing strategies and campaign briefs into creative visual storytelling.
- Create, maintain, and evolve brand style guides and ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with internal departments to understand design needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Explore and introduce new design tools, techniques, and trends to enhance team output.
- Ensure designs are optimized for responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility.

**Requirements**:
**Common for Both Roles**:

- Strong portfolio with diverse and creative design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator (mandatory).
- Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and branding.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

**Junior Designer**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional design experience.
- Familiarity with video tools or motion design will be an added advantage.

**Senior Designer**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional graphic design.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
- Strong experience in motion graphics is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and deliver innovative design solutions.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Experience with print and packaging design is a plus.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
