**Job Title: Graphics Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality graphics, including banners, advertisements, logos, icons, and other visual elements for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are innovative, modern, and effective.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve the visual communication and user experience of digital assets.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless integration of design elements into web and mobile interfaces.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for easy access and future reference.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to generate new ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and also as part of a team.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrating creativity, originality, and technical skills.
- Familiarity with web design principles and experience designing for responsive web layouts is a plus.
- Knowledge of animation and motion graphics is desirable but not required.
