Graphic Designer / Marketing Designer

**Job Description**:
Design Creation: Develop visually appealing marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, social media ads, LinkedIn posts, internal communications graphics, and PowerPoint decks.

Creative Ideation: Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools to create high-quality visuals.

Content Integration: Integrate text, imagery, and multimedia elements effectively to convey messages and enhance engagement across different platforms.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Feedback Incorporation: Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and improve deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field is typically required. A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work is crucial.

Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software. Experience with Canva or other online design tools may also be beneficial.

Marketing Acumen: Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual content.

Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique design solutions that resonate with target audiences.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interpret project briefs.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in typography, color theory, layout, and overall design aesthetic.

Experience: Typically, 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting. Experience with creating various types of marketing collateral across digital and print mediums is highly valued.

Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, ideally including examples of brochures, social media ads, LinkedIn posts, internal communications graphics, and PowerPoint presentations.

Additional Skills (preferred):
Animation and Video Editing: Basic knowledge of animation principles and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) can be advantageous for creating dynamic multimedia content.

UX/UI Design: Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles can be beneficial, especially for digital collateral and interactive presentations.

Photography: Basic photography skills for capturing original images or editing photographs to complement design projects.

Soft Skills:
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Collaboration: Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,965.44 per month
