**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design creatives for both print and digital media, including social media posts, brochures, ads, presentations, product packaging, and promotional materials.
- Develop and edit motion graphics videos for ads, explainer videos, product demos, reels, and YouTube content.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, content, and UI/UX teams to deliver cohesive and impactful visuals.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all design projects.
- Create storyboards, mood boards, and animation drafts based on script and briefs.
- Edit and enhance raw video footage using visual effects and transitions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic and motion design, tools, and technologies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaign strategies.

**Tools & Skills Required**:

- **Graphic Design Tools**: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw
- **Motion Graphics/Video Tools**: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate (or any other relevant tools)
- **Other Tools (preferred)**: Figma, Canva, XD, Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and branding
- Good sense of storytelling and visual pacing for motion content
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

**Key Result Areas (KRAs):1. Graphic Design Delivery & Quality**
- Timely creation and submission of design assets as per the content calendar and project deadlines.
- Minimum 85% of creative submissions accepted by internal stakeholders without major revisions.
- Maintenance of consistent visual identity across platforms and formats.

**2. Motion Graphics & Video Output**
- Deliver at least [X] short-form motion videos (reels, ads, explainers) per month as per campaign needs.
- Maintain high-quality motion graphics aligned with brand tonality and target audience.
- Completion of video editing projects within the approved turnaround time.

**3. Creativity & Innovation**
- Introduce at least 1 new design trend, animation style, or content format per quarter.
- Contribute fresh concepts for campaigns, social media trends, and brand storytelling.

**4. Collaboration & Communication**
- Attend all creative and marketing syncs, understand briefs clearly, and meet expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with copywriters, marketers, and developers for holistic campaigns.
- Respond to feedback constructively and revise deliverables within 24-48 hours.

**5. Asset Management & Documentation**
- Maintain organized folders for all projects, with editable source files clearly labeled.
- Submit final deliverables in required formats and resolutions for respective platforms.
- Update and maintain brand asset library including templates, icons, fonts, and color codes.

**6. Performance Contribution**
- Track and monitor design engagement metrics (in collaboration with marketing team).
- Optimize creatives and video content based on audience feedback and analytics insights

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
