**Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Assist in the creation of various marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts and bring ideas to life.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- **Digital Media**:

- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into digital campaigns.
- **Print Design**:

- Support the production of print collateral such as business cards, posters, and promotional materials.
- Prepare print-ready files and liaise with external vendors for printing services.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance design projects.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Stay updated on the latest design tools and technologies.
- **Feedback and Iteration**:

- Accept constructive feedback positively and iterate on designs to meet project requirements.
- Strive for continuous improvement in design skills and seek opportunities for professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools.
- Experience in designing for various social media platforms.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
