The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality motion graphics for various projects, including but not limited to advertisements, promotional videos, social media content, and presentations. The Senior Motion Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with other members of the creative team, including graphic designers, animators, and video editors, to ensure the highest level of visual excellence and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create engaging motion graphics that effectively convey complex ideas and messages.
  • Develop storyboards and visual concepts based on project requirements and creative briefs.
  • Design and animate compelling visual elements, including typography, illustrations, and graphics, for use in video productions.
  • Utilize industry-standard software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator, to create motion graphics and video content.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in visual style and brand identity across all projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and video production, and incorporate them into projects when appropriate.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the motion graphics team, offering feedback and support to help them develop their skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on project progress.
