Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Motion Graphics / Video Editor with expertise in graphic design, videography, photography, and image editing. The candidate will be responsible for developing visually engaging content that supports marketing, branding, and communication objectives across digital platforms. The role requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce motion graphics, videos, and animated content for digital marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to develop visual assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Execute end-to-end video production, including storyboarding, shooting (videography/photography), editing, and post-production.
  • Edit and retouch photos and images to ensure high-quality and consistent visual output.
  • Develop creative infographics, social media visuals, and multimedia presentations as per project requirements.
  • Work with industry-standard software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines while maintaining creative quality and technical accuracy.
  • Stay updated with current trends in motion design, animation, and visual storytelling.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, offering innovative ideas to enhance visual communication strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, or multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
  • Strong understanding of composition, color grading, typography, and visual aesthetics.
  • Experience in photography and videography is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Experience creating content for social media, product videos, and brand campaigns.
  • Knowledge of sound design and color correction workflows.
