**Job Title**: Junior UI/UX Designer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **UI Design**: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using Figma, ensuring consistency in design and brand identity.
- **UX Understanding**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors to develop intuitive and effective user flows.
- **Prototyping & Wireframing**: Build low and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize concepts and test ideas.
- **Client Communication**: Effectively communicate design ideas and decisions with clients, incorporating feedback into design iterations.
- **Animations & Interactions**: Utilize After Effects to create interactive animations that enhance the user experience.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify potential UX/UI issues and propose creative solutions to ensure a smooth and satisfying user experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure design vision is translated into final products while maintaining usability and aesthetic quality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency**: Solid skills in design tools like Figma, After Effects, and prototyping software (Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision).
- **UX Principles**: Understanding of user research, wireframing, user flows, and prototyping.
- **UI Expertise**: Knowledge of visual design principles, typography, grid systems, and color theory.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills to solve complex UI/UX challenges.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Teamwork**: Comfortable working in a collaborative, agile environment with developers and project managers.

**Nice to Have**:

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for understanding how designs are implemented in development.
- Familiarity with motion design and interaction design to enhance the user experience through subtle animations.
