**Job Role**:
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those needs.
- Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timelimits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactivecommunication
- Updating the queries and given resolution given in the system/ tool
- Maintain the SLA
**Requirement**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems & tools.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
**Desired Profile**:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projectsand
ongoing work, while effectively managing changing priorities.
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
