**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
l Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about

l the company’s products/services.

l Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

l Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information in CRM software.

l Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects.

l Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

l Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.

l Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the team leader or manager.

l Collaborate with the sales or marketing team to improve customer experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
l Minimum Graduation.

l Minimum Experience 1 year to 3 Years experience as a telecaller or similar role

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

l Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

l Fluent in English, Hindi, and/or local languages.

l Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.

l Positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset.

[Mention working days and timings Monday to Saturday -09:30 AM to 7:00 PM]
