**Role & responsibilities**
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest trends in overseas education, including changes in admission requirements, visa processes, and educational programs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Maintain and update records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system, ensuring that follow-ups are conducted, and all communication is logged accurately.
- **Continuous Learning**: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your understanding of the overseas education sector and improve customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
