**We are looking for**:
A Production Executive, To organize, implement, coordinate and monitor the production program in accordance with QHSE rules, and take appropriate action whenever necessary, to maintain knowledge of the assigned production unit and to train and manage the performance of the team.

- Ensure compliance with HSE regulation, quality standards and company policies.
- Manage the production process
- Contribute to the Manufacturing Excellence and Innovation programs
- Manage internal and external interaction and collaboration
- Implement and follow up the entity’s budget, objectives, policies and procedures
- Manage the own staff - Direct, control and coordinate the operations of his/her team, Inform colleagues about and/or train them in new methods, procedures and techniques. Evaluate operator’s performance and provide feedback on a regular individual basis

**You will bring**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years or more experience in manufacturing site
- Good communication skill
