Role & responsibilities

Sound knowledge of Organic chemistry & Laboratory experiment Techniques.
Execute Lab experiments as per plan & address the critical parameters to implement for process improvement for quality, Cost improvement, Increase in batch size projects & New product development
Check raw materials impurity profile as per requirements & pigment suitability for New vendor development of Raw materials.
Execute Trial batches & identify / understand correlation of parameters between Lab & plant
Understand Theoretical & Practical knowledge of End application.
Interpretation of analytical data
Conduct literature survey through various search engines.
Knowledge of different types of high-pressure reactions.
Maintain record of Lab Trials as well as Trial batches as per stage gate processes
