Human by nature.**Production Executive in the Naturex division at Givaudan -** Your future position?**In this role** - As Production Executive, you will be responsible to take care of all the production activities at our plant based in Roha.**Sounds interesting**? It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and are skilled at fostering strong relationships.- In this exciting role you will be responsible for:
- To follow Production planning given by Production Manager.
- To ensure all the Production activities carried out as per SOP and Special care to CCPs and Control points.
- To train shopfloor staff on machine handling, personal hygiene practices, cleaning & sanitizing, (CIP) Cleaning in Place and Documentation.
- To raise the issues related to Equipment’s and Machineries and solve them with the help of maintenance team.
- To Document all the production activities as per Documentation protocol.
- Follow all the SOPs and Policies laid by company.
- To work in shifts as and when required.
- To follow Food safety, HACCP, GMP and Human Safety all the time in shifts.
- To Handle & allocate manpower as per planning and requirement.
- To observe the shopfloor team during Work and monitor their performance.
- To do the ERP related work on daily basis.
- To achieve the target production with right quality and right efficiency.

- B.Tech in Food Technology/ Dairy
- Good Communication skills and fluency in local language
- 5-6 years of experience
- Knowledge of ERP, computer systems, data entry skills required.
