Role & responsibilities - Field Supervisor / Shift Engineer

    1. To run the plant smoothly & safely during the shift, to achieve required production target & raw material norms.
  • To identify and get all maintenance jobs attended in minimum time in consultation with service department safely and ensure over all safety of plant equipment , men and environment
  • Ensure all activities of production are carried out maintaining , discipline & safety during the shift.
  • To guide the panel officer in case of any abnormality & problem.
  • To log all shift activities , abnormality & jobs carried out during the shift in log book.
  • To look after ETP plant operation & maintenance. To carry out safety inspection, prepare for safety meeting, ensure PPEs compliances.
  • Familiar with DCS Operation.
  • Follow work permit systems and prepare plant shut down to meet statutory requirement.
  • To follow SOP and Plant manual for safe operation, To report all accidents/ incidents/ occurrences /near-miss and investigate.
  • Maintain Operational standard in the shift and report any deviation.
  • To monitor and control loading and unloading activity.
  • To train Officers/ Operators/Contract labour.
  • Monitor inventory to carry out all production entries in SAP.
  • Ensure that all workmen are trained and motivate them for use of PPEs and follow safety rules at plant level well participation in safety ,Health & environmental front.
  • To carry out safety inspection, prepare for safety meeting, ensure PPEs compliances.

Preferred candidate profile - B.Tech / BE - Chemical

Experience - 1-3 Years from relevant industry.

SAP knowledge is must.
