**Roles & Responsibility**:
**A. **OPERATIONS (MANUFACTURING UNIT)**
**1. Production and Sales**
a) To achieve monthly production targets.
b) To ensure that the product quality, yield / RM consumption and capacity utilization targets are met.
c) To ensure timely analysis of batch failures and deviations, and identify and implementation of corrective actions.
d) To initiate and/or implement process improvements for improvement in safety, improvement in yield/quality, and minimization of effluent.
e) To ensure dispatches of product as per the Sales Plan and as per Customer requirements
**2. HSE**
a) To ensure that all Operations are carried out in a safe environment.
b) To ensure timely and complete investigation of incidents and implementation of corrective / remedial actions.
**To ensure periodic Safety Audits by competent persons, and comply with the findings and/or observations of the same.**
**d) To complete the analysis of all aspects of benefits and risks (Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis) and their mitigation prior to implementation of new processes as per MOC.**
**e) To ensure proper operation of Effluent Treatment Plant and discharge of effluent as per consented norms.**
**f) To ensure proper segregation of solid waste and disposal of hazardous waste.**
**g) To complete all Statutory Compliances applicable for HSE.**
**3. Engineering**
**Projects**
**a) To ensure the execution of Projects as per schedule.**
**b) To ensure safety in all Project activities.**
**c) To ensure the quality of all Project works and complete the site verification of measurements.**
**d) To ensure the timely capitalization of Fixed Assets after the completion of Projects.**
**Utilities**
**a) To monitor and ensure the efficient operations of Utilities.**
**Maintenance**
**a) To ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of all Plant & Machinery, Electrical Fittings & Instrumentation and Buildings in the Manufacturing Facility.**
**b) To minimize breakdown time of Plant Equipment and Utilities.**
**c) To ensure implementation and adherence to yearly Preventive Maintenance schedule.**
**4. HR, Administration & Statutory Compliance**
**a) To maintain an environment of motivation, learning, excellence and team work and cordial industrial relations in the Manufacturing Facility.**
**b) To upgrade the skills and competencies of the team by Training & Development.**
**c) To ensure that all required Statutory Permissions and Approvals are obtained in
