**Job Summary**: As a Tender Executive, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth by preparing, submitting, and managing tenders and proposals for various projects. You will be responsible for coordinating with different departments to gather the necessary information, creating competitive bids, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. The role demands strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential tender opportunities that align with the company's services and expertise.
- Review tender documents thoroughly, analysing the requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, finance, and legal to gather relevant information for tender submissions.
- Prepare comprehensive tender documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all requirements.
- Create compelling content, tailored to each tender's specifications, highlighting the company's strengths and value proposition.
- Coordinate and communicate with external stakeholders, partners, and subcontractors as needed for bid preparation.
- Manage the entire tender submission process, ensuring all documents are submitted on time and through the appropriate channels.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients as required.
- Monitor and track tender results, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Maintain a repository of tender-related documents, templates, and records for future reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to enhance the company's competitive positioning.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the tendering process, suggesting efficiencies and best practices.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in tendering, proposal writing, or a similar role within the service industry.
- Strong understanding of the tendering process, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing tender documents.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with legal and commercial aspects of tendering is a plus.
- Previous experience in [specific industry/domain] is an advantage.
