**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Review and analise tender documents, including scope of work, terms, and conditions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information and documentation.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals for submission.
- Ensure compliance with all client specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain and update the tender database and tracking systems.
- Monitor tender portals for new opportunities.
- Assist in post-tender activities such as clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all tender-related correspondences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 6 months - 1 years of experience in tendering or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with e-tendering platforms.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
