**About the Company**
KSE Poles and its group are involved in manufacturing of PSC (concrete poles). These poles are in used in Rural
Electrification Works to transmit electricity through overhead LT and HT lines. The final client is State Electricity
Boards or Govt agency responsible for Electrification work in those states but often that work is done through large and mid size EPC companies like L&T and Tata Projects. Currently the group has 5 manufacturing units and is supplying in states of Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, UP and Assam.

**POSITION DETAILS**

**POSITION TITLE **Sales Executive **Company’s NAME **KSE Poles Pvt Ltd

**POSITION PURPOSE**
The role is expected to manage daily operations of Marketing department by completing pre-bid, post-bid order & reverse auctioning tender activities, resolve any customer queries communicate final timelines. Exchanging documents and data with clients counterpart and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction within defined organizational guidelines and policies.

**POSITION SPECIFICATION**

**Education **Graduation in any discipline preferably in Commerce; Post-graduation preferred

**Experience **2-3 years in handling Domestic clients in related industry

**Skills**

1.Knowledge of MS office
3. Good in follow up

4. Strong Communication Skills

5.Organized with documentation and data

6. Good in developing & maintaining relationship

Fluent in English, Hindi.

**# AREA KEY ROLE ACTIVITIES PERFORMANCE**

**INDICATORS**
- Request client for enquiry
- Receive client order requirements or analyze pre-bid tender
- Receive order confirmation and final customer requirements; Review completion and clarify doubts, if any; Receive final approval from Superior
- Review confirmed orders from customers; Approve PO and documentation
- Escalate and finalize planning modifications
- Communicate to customer regarding vendor approval status, communication - production plan and schedule
- Customer feedback
- Raise call letter to customer nominated inspection authority or third
- party inspectors
- Coordinate Inspection with factory and 3rd party Agency
- Share Inspection Reports and follow up for Dispatch Instructions
- Communicate and confirm order dispatch status to client
- Ensure receipt of Material Receipt Note; Supervise timely entry of payment invoice
- Give Payment Advice to Accounts and maintain Account Receivables

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
