Data Management

Soft skills - English (Spoken & written)

**Job Description**:
Enforce effective KPI data management and audit for adherence to policies

Ensure quality data collection
- adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data

Create awareness towards procedures for KPI data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects

Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards

Assist with reports and data extraction when needed

Monitor and analyze information and data systems

Troubleshoot data-related problems in internal excel based automation tool and maintenance or modifications

Collect & Maintain Resource Management data and collaborate with Delivery Leads and PMO for Billing & Invoicing.

Identify and Track headcount assigned to each project (both billable and non-billable.

Monitor and process hiring requests made by Delivery Leads/Reporting Manager

Prepare & analyse resourcing reports and highlight inconsistencies

Support new joiners during onboarding for specific IT requirements like account creation and project specifics access.

Skills requirements

Well verse with Microsoft tools like MS Excel, VBA programming, Excel Macros, MS Word

Data Management

Nice-to-have skills
- Understanding of KPI
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL would be added advantage
- Knowledge analytical tools
- Google studio, Tableau etc

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of work experience in Data Management, Expert in MS Excel tool (VBA and Macros)
- Bachelor Degree/ BSc. ENTC / Diploma Computer-IT
