Essential Job Functions & Skill Summary:
As an Program Coordinator you will be required to guide and mentor the students through the course. In addition the role will include coordinating with the assigned faculty WRT content and delivery schedule.

This position provides an opportunity to gain experience in academic or business research and also academic delivery.
- Prepare presentations for teaching and research projects.
- Assist with data analysis and dissemination of findings through the preparation of teaching materials, reports, journal articles, presentations, web sites, and other research outlets.
- Perform case-based research, including work with detailed primary documents.
- Assist in the organization of research programs including conferences, seminars and workshops, and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Monitor the status of multiple projects and ensure that interim and final deadlines are met.
- Collect and maintain computer data sets and databases. Assist with data entry and ensure data integrity. Extract and link data from multiple databases for analysis. Prepare detailed documentation.
- Creating the yearly academic calendar at the beginning of each batch, which eventually needs to be shared with students on weekly basis.
- To engage in examining duties, i.e. the production of exam questions/papers, exam marking and moderation
- Keeping a regular record of Faculty & Student Attendance.
- Updating the content on the particular LMS platform.
- Supporting HOD’s in management of clerical / administrative staff.
- Also take up classroom teachings. If the need be.
- Other academic duties as assigned.

Language Skills: Ability to speak effectively in English / Hindi. Knowing additional languages is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
