You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring programs that improve service efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

❖ Program Management: Plan, track, and deliver end-to-end car servicing programs, campaigns, and operational improvements.

❖ Process Optimization: Identify service delivery gaps, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to improve turnaround times and reduce costs.

❖ Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the bridge between workshops, technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

❖ Customer-Centric Initiatives: Support the design and rollout of programs focused on improving customer satisfaction, retention, and trust.

❖ Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor KPIs (e.g., service turnaround time, claim settlements, repeat servicing, revenue growth) and use insights to optimize program outcomes.

❖ Project Execution: Drive new product/service launches, seasonal campaigns (e.g., monsoon service camps), and pilot projects across multiple service centers.

❖ Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate potential issues, escalate effectively, and implement corrective measures
