About the Role:

-  As a Program Manager, you'll play a key role in driving strategic, cross-functional initiatives that improve how we plan, operate, and grow. You'll lead high-impact programs that bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex business problems — with a focus on scalable, data-driven execution.

-  You'll work closely with teams across Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Tech to align priorities, streamline processes, and ensure our systems and ways of working evolve with the pace of the business.

What You we will be doing?

-

Own and drive high-impact strategic programs that directly contribute to business growth — from ideation to execution, ensuring every initiative moves the needle.

-  Solve complex, ambiguous problems by breaking them down into structured plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading execution across teams. 

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align on business goals, unlock bottlenecks, and deliver outcomes that scale.

• Lead planning, development, and execution of cross-functional projects with a strong bias for action — translating strategy into measurable results. 

-Partner with Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to ensure decisions are rooted in data, not assumptions.

• Identify new opportunities to improve business performance and co-create strategies with leadership and functional heads. 

-Track key performance metrics, identify what's working (and what's not), and course-correct based on real numbers.  -Bring clarity to chaos — define processes where needed, streamline operations, and help teams stay aligned and accountable.

• Create structured documentation, frameworks, and playbooks to ensure initiatives are repeatable and scalable across teams.

What we are looking for?

-

Strong academic foundation — Graduation from a Tier 1 college (IITs, IIMs, NITs, ISB or equivalent).

-  3–4 years of experience in high-impact, business-focused roles such as Program Management, Strategic Planning, Business Operations, or Demand Planning — ideally in fast-paced, highgrowth environments.

-  Strong business acumen – you understand how demand planning ties into the bigger picture of growth, revenue, and customer experience.

-  A structured problem-solver – you can break down complex challenges and drive toward simple, scalable solutions.  - Exceptional stakeholder management skills – you're great at building alignment, managing expectations, and navigating across functions and seniority levels.

• Solid understanding of forecasting processes, tools, and the levers that drive planning excellence.  Startup experience or the ability to thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
