**Job Duties**
- Plans and develops procedures for administering a fellowship program
- Planning and structuring program modules, scheduling, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, building a relationship with fellows and understanding and nurturing their capabilities.
- Oversees program expenditures and ensures adherence to budget.
- May prepare or participate in creating market research, customer feedback, session hosting operations and procedure manuals, and other fellowship related tasks.
- Reviews reports of budgets and activities. Prepares ad hoc reports as needed.
- Develops, implements, and maintains appropriate policies and procedures to ensure goals and targets are met.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate & manage the Unlu Music Programs, which includes recruitment, lecture planning, curriculum building, assessment, and report development
- Develop models to identify various tiers of musicians on the platform and create practices to recognize them
- Recognize and implement relevant best practice industry trends as they relate to fellows’ growth and retention
- Build engagement models to drive high NPS among talent.
- Execute training, workshops, incentivization programs, contests etc along with the Community team.
- Managing internal customers, cross-functional business requirements and deliver high-quality output pertaining to your program.
- Cultivate relationships with faculty from all programs and ensure efficient pedagogy

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
