*We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Program Executive to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of our programs. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and coordination skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a keen eye for data management.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination: Assist in the development and implementation of program plans, schedules, and budgets.

Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) to analyze and report on program data.

Communication: Draft and proofread internal and external communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with team members, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth program operations.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of program activities, meetings.

Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions for program enhancements based on data analysis and stakeholder input.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 02 years in program coordination, project management, or a similar role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with project management tools.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
