Role Overview

The Program Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of INK Women's initiatives, with a focus on events, partnerships, and community engagement. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, meticulous execution, and relationship management to deliver high-impact programs that align with INK Women's mission to amplify women's voices and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Event Management

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver INK Women flagship events (e.g., SecondAct x INK Women Awards, storytelling retreats, INKHer series).
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Liaise with speakers, panelists, performers, and other talent to ensure a seamless event experience.
• Oversee logistics, vendor management, and on-ground event coordination.

2. Partnership Development & Stakeholder Management

• Support partnership outreach and relationship management with sponsors, collaborators, and institutional partners.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Prepare partnership decks, reports, and post-event documentation.

3. Community Building & Engagement

• Build and nurture INK Women's community of speakers, fellows, and supporters.
• Design and manage engagement activities (newsletters, WhatsApp groups, virtual sessions).
• Curate and manage storytelling content for social media and INK platforms.

4. Program Documentation & Reporting

• Track KPIs for programs and events.
• Prepare post-event reports with impact metrics, learnings, and recommendations.
• Maintain updated databases of partners, speakers, and participants.

5. Support for Strategic Initiatives

• Assist with AI Kiran and other cross-initiative programs where INK Women plays a role.
• Contribute to grant applications, concept notes, and proposals.
• Research new opportunities for programs, collaborations, and visibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Event Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 4-7 years' experience in program or event management, preferably in social impact, women's leadership, or creative industries.
• Proven track record in executing events and managing partnerships.
• Familiarity with gender inclusion, leadership, or storytelling-based programs is a plus.
