Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and analyze government tenders for solar systems, including RFPs, RFQs, and EoIs
- Develop and submit technically compliant and commercially competitive bids
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, commercial, and logistics
- Build and maintain relationships with government officials, vendors, and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with government agencies and vendors
- Develop and implement tendering strategies to achieve business objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of experience in government tendering for solar systems
- Proven track record of success in tender management, purchase, and vendor management
- Strong knowledge of government tendering procedures, policies, and regulations
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of solar industry trends, technologies, and regulations
- Certification in tendering, procurement, or contract management
