**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Tender Identification and Analysis**:
- Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities on platforms, including **GeM**, e-procurement portals, and private tendering platforms.
- Analyze tender documents to understand eligibility criteria, scope of work, and submission requirements.
- **GeM Portal Management**:
- Register, maintain, and manage the company's profile on the **GeM portal**.
- Search for and bid on relevant GeM tenders in line with the company’s capabilities and product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with GeM processes, terms, and conditions.
- **Tender Documentation and Submission**:
- Prepare comprehensive technical and financial proposals, ensuring all required documents are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required inputs for tender submissions.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders on **GeM**, e-procurement portals, or other platforms.
- **Pricing and Cost Analysis**:
- Collaborate with finance and technical teams to prepare competitive pricing and cost estimates for tenders.
- Develop strategies to optimize pricing and improve bid win rates while maintaining profitability.
- **Communication and Liaison**:
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address tender-related queries and clarifications.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and provide insights to the management team.
- **Post-Tender Activities**:
- Track submitted bids, follow up on tender status, and maintain a record of outcomes.
- Assist in negotiations, contract finalization, and post-award documentation.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, submissions, outcomes, and feedback.
- Generate regular reports on tender performance, success rates, and GeM activities for management review.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in tender management, including handling **GeM tenders**.
- Comprehensive knowledge of **GeM portal** operations, government procurement policies, and e-tendering processes.
- Strong documentation, financial analysis, and proposal drafting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-procurement tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
Pay: Up to ₹264,000.00 per year
