**Job Summary**:
The Floor Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing daily operational activities on the hospital floor. They serve as the liaison between patients, nursing staff, housekeeping, and administration, ensuring smooth coordination and timely service delivery. The coordinator ensures patient satisfaction, bed allocation, discharge process, and documentation compliance.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Monitor patient flow including admissions, discharges, and bed management
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for timely patient care
- Ensure implementation of hospital protocols and SOPs
- Address patient and attendant queries or complaints
- Ensure timely housekeeping and sanitation services
- Maintain floor records, incident logs, and daily reports
- Support inventory tracking of non-clinical supplies

**Qualifications**:

- Any graduate (preferably in Healthcare/Hospital Management)
- 1-4 years of experience in a hospital setup

**Skills Required**:

- Strong coordination and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic understanding of hospital processes
- Ability to handle pressure and patient concerns professionally
- Knowledge of MS Office and hospital MIS systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,944.34 - ₹42,734.38 per month
