**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, allied health professionals, and support staff on assigned patient care units, ensuring adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Monitor patient flow, bed availability, and census levels on the floor, making adjustments to staffing and resource allocation as needed to accommodate patient needs and maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, collaborating with other departments to facilitate seamless transitions of care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular rounds on patient care units to assess patient acuity, monitor staff performance, and address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Serve as a resource and point of contact for nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed to promote teamwork and excellence in patient care.
- Assist with staff scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll activities, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development activities to promote continuous learning and process improvement.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment on the floor, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and regulatory standards for patient safety.
- Collaborate with other departments, including pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology, to coordinate patient care services and ensure timely delivery of diagnostic tests and treatments.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality policies in handling patient information and medical records.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience accepted.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
