**Position Overview**:
The Floor Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities on the floor. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The Floor Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination of tasks, managing staff schedules, and facilitating communication between different departments to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily activities on the floor to ensure efficient operation and adherence to Hospital policies and procedures.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members based on workload, skillset, and availability, ensuring equitable distribution of work.
- Monitor work progress and provide guidance and support to staff members as needed to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct regular inspections of the floor area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by staff members or customers promptly and effectively, seeking resolution in a proactive and professional manner.
- Maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment necessary for floor operations, coordinating with relevant departments to replenish stock as needed.
- Create and maintain staff schedules, taking into account staffing levels, peak hours, and special events to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Train new employees on floor procedures, safety protocols, and patient service standards, providing ongoing support and guidance to facilitate their integration into the team.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among staff members.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as management, sales, and customer service, to address cross-functional issues and improve overall floor operations.
