Their responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities:
- **Staff Supervision**:
- Assigning tasks to staff and ensuring they are completed efficiently.
- Training and coaching staff members.
- Monitoring staff performance and providing feedback.
- Addressing staff concerns and resolving conflicts.
- **Customer Service**:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating restocking activities.
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- **Operational Management**:
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Maintaining a positive work environment.
- Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Coordinating with management to implement improvements and optimize processes.
- **Other Responsibilities**:
- Managing cash and POS functions.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Preparing work schedules and managing employee time.
- Assisting with recruitment and training of new employees.
- Analyzing sales results and providing reports.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
